Design & Cost Estimation

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for site ocular inspection, structural frame design and assessment, material take-offs, BOQ and actual project cost estimation for Avolution Davao LED walls, digital billboards and signage proposals and installations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESSite Ocular & Structural Assessment

· Conduct site ocular inspections and record measurements, photographs, existing supports, access, and installation constraints.

· Assess proposed LED wall, billboard and digital signage locations and identify structural and civil work requirements.

· Prepare ocular reports and recommend further testing or licensed structural review where needed.

Structural Design & Drawings

· Prepare frame concepts, mounting layouts, fabrication details and structural drawings for LED walls, billboards and signages.

· Evaluate structural loads, anchors, foundations, steel members and connections within professional authorization; coordinate review and signing by the appropriate licensed engineer.

· Coordinate equipment dimensions, weights, maintenance access and electrical routing with the technical team.

BOQ, Cost Estimation & Proposal Support

· Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs and estimated material, fabrication, labor, hauling, equipment and mobilization costs.

· Canvass and validate supplier and fabricator quotations; identify assumptions, exclusions and cost risks.

· Support Sales in TOR reviews, quotations, bidding submissions and timely revisions before proposal release.

Project Coordination & Documentation

· Support fabrication and installation inspections, verify site changes and document approved revisions.

· Coordinate with Sales, Technical Supervisor, Procurement, clients and contractors.

· Maintain drawings, calculations, ocular reports, estimates and as-built records.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

· PRC-licensed Civil Engineer preferred; experience in steel frames, billboards, construction and costing is an advantage.

· Knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel; willingness to learn structural design tools, BOQ and cost estimation.

· Willing to conduct field oculars and travel across Mindanao.

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
