Design & Development Advisor

As a Design & Development Advisor, What Will You Do?

* Shape creative direction — Join design discussions, challenge concepts, refine ideas, and help strengthen the overall creative direction and brand point of view.

* Be the critical eye — Review collections and designs, providing thoughtful feedback on creativity, design integrity, quality, brand relevance, and commercial potential.

* Mentor the designers — Guide and inspire designers through regular mentoring, helping them sharpen their creative thinking, craftsmanship, and individual point of view.

* Be the creative sounding board — Step in when ideas need to be challenged or reimagined, bringing fresh perspectives and helping turn good ideas into exceptional ones.

* Keep the team inspired — Share insights on fashion, trends, culture, craftsmanship, and industry developments to inspire new ways of thinking.

* Help shape the team — Contribute to talent selection and help identify creative minds with the right vision, curiosity, sensibility, and potential to grow.
