Role & responsibilities

Strong understanding of automotive product design and development processes.

• Knowledge of Engineering Drawings, GD&T, DFMEA, DVP&R, APQP, PPAP, and Engineering Change Management.

• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong customer-facing and relationship management capabilities.

• Experience working with global teams and multicultural environments. • Proficiency in CAD software and engineering tools.

• Strong leadership, mentoring, and people development skills.

• Effective cross-cultural communication and collaboration.

• Experience in prototype development, testing, validation, and product launch activitie

Preferred Experience :

• Design and development of motorcycle suspension systems.
• OEM customer handling and new product development projects.
• Coordination with overseas design centers and global engineering teams.
• Knowledge of automotive standards and quality systems. • Experience working with Japanese organizations will be an added advantage.
