Design and Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Investigate new composite materials, resin systems, fibers, and processing technologies.
2. Conduct feasibility studies and develop prototype parts for evaluation.
3. Perform mechanical, thermal, and chemical testing on composite samples. And analyze test data and generate technical reports.
4. Design composite components using CAD/CAE tools, considering performance, cost, and manufacturability.
5. Work on structural analysis, lay-up optimization also Prepare 2D/3D drawings, BOMs, specifications, and work instructions.
6. Respond and resolve to issue with in the scope of work assigned to you.
7. Support quality issues by performing root-cause analysis and providing technical solutions.
8. Work closely with production, QA, purchasing, and sales teams during project execution.
9. Provide technical support to customers, including testing data and application recommendations.
