Location: Silang, Cavite (Transportation provided by company)

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Design and Development Supervisor who will be responsible for leading the development and preparation of technical drawings and 3D models for automotive vehicle components and assemblies.

The role will focus on transforming design concepts and requirements into accurate 3D models, detailed engineering drawings, and production-ready files using Autodesk Inventor. The position will also be involved in prototyping through 3D printing, design revisions, fitment checking, and coordination with other teams to ensure that developed components meet the required specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• With relevant experience in CAD design, mechanical design, automotive design, product development, or engineering drafting.
• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor and capable of creating detailed 3D models and 2D technical drawings.
• Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes, and fabrication methods.
• Ability to interpret and create technical/engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of dimensions, tolerances, material specifications, and basic engineering standards.
• Experience in automotive components, vehicle development, fabrication, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a small design/development team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in a hands-on development and prototyping environment.
