Job Title: Design & Draft Engineer

Experience: 4 years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D engineering drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo or other relevant CAD software.
• Develop detailed part drawings, assembly drawings and manufacturing drawings.
• Prepare technical drawings with dimensions, tolerances, fits and surface finish specifications.
• Create and modify designs based on customer requirements and engineering specifications.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and maintain drawing documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Manufacturing teams to ensure designs are practical to manufacture.
• Revise drawings according to engineering changes and customer feedback.
• Check drawings for accuracy, dimensions and compliance with design standards.
• Support prototype development, testing and design improvements.
• Maintain drawing records and ensure proper revision control.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of 2D drafting and 3D modelling.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and at least one 3D CAD tool.
• Knowledge of GD&T, engineering tolerances and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
