Design & Project Coordinator (Architecture / Interior)

About the Role

We are expanding development at Teck Cocoa Village across multiple outdoor, commercial, and hospitality projects.

We are looking for a highly versatile, hands-on Design & Project Coordinator to support our core development team. This is a dynamic role where your responsibilities will evolve alongside construction phases—moving from detailed drafting and site measurement, to supplier procurement, hands-on site coordination, and final decoration setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Create layout plans, draw 2D CAD and 3D visual designs, refine interior ideas, and update drawings to fit actual site conditions at Teck Cocoa Village.
• Visit the site often to take accurate physical measurements, check the ground conditions, and make sure drawings match real site dimensions.
• Calculate required material amounts, source building materials, get vendor quotes, compare prices, and track deliveries.
• Act as the main contact between design leads, contractors, and site workers to track progress, check quality, and solve daily site problems.
• Help team members with various project tasks whenever extra hands are needed, both on-site and in the office.
• Help with interior styling, decoration, and space setup to make the facilities ready for launch and marketing photos.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Built Environment.
• Candidates with 1–3 years of hands-on experience or fresh graduates with a strong learning mindset or are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or basic 3D visualization tools. Basic graphic skills (Canva / Adobe Suite) are an added advantage.
• Accurate technical measuring and reading of construction drawings.
• Strong multitasking, adaptability, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to the project site (Teck Cocoa Village), comfortable working outdoors, proactive, and resilient in shifting project environments.
