Design & Technical Engineer

Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales

• To work with a team of sales engineers
• Involved in the presales and tendering preparation
• To develop system designs and wiring schematics
• Work with the design, procurement, and project teams to ensure alignment between proposal and delivery
• Engage with clients to understand project requirements, perform site surveys, and assess technical needs
• Provide technical clarifications during commercial negotiations and technical discussions
• Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, quality enhancement and cost reduction in processes

Post-Sales

• To work with a team of engineers / technicians
• To multitask in handling multiple projects
• To load schedule for systems based on project requirements and specifications
• Perform physical & functional testing and analyze results to validate designs
• Prepare technical reports and design briefs
• Troubleshoot system malfunctions and implement solutions for operational efficiency
