Design & Techno-Commercial Engineer

We are seeking a Design & Techno-Commercial Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our Design department. In this role, you will combine technical design expertise with commercial acumen to deliver cost-effective engineering solutions, specifically focusing on LT/HT Panels and Compact Substations (CSS).

Key Responsibilities

• Estimation & Costing: Prepare detailed technical estimations, costing, and commercial proposals for LT HT Panels and CSS.
• Technical Design: Utilize CAD and relevant design software to develop engineering concepts and single-line diagrams that align with project specifications.
• Data Management & Documentation: Maintain accurate design documentation, cost sheets, and technical reports using MS Excel and relevant tools.
• Cross-Functional & Client Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and participate in client meetings to present design proposals, address technical queries, and gather feedback.
• Industry Compliance: Stay current with industry standards, technological advancements, and best practices in electrical design and estimation.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in electrical design and techno-commercial estimation.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency in CAD, advanced MS Excel, and complete domain knowledge of LT/HT Panels and CSS design/estimation.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, project management, and clear communication/presentation skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
