Responsibilities :
1 Design
i. Layout Planning
ii. Interior Look & Design Concept
iii. 3 D Renders
iv. Materials & Sampling
2 Measured Drawing and Site Report
- Client Co-ordination:-
I. Communication and coordinating with the client for
approvals.
ii. MOMs
4 BOQs:-
i. Vendor & Client BOQs
ii. As Built BOQs..
- Technical Working Drawings
Required Candidate profile:
- Diploma / Bachelors in Interiors or Architecture from a Reputed College. Full Time Course.
- Minimum experience in Corporate Interiors of 5-10+ years.
- Good Design and Conceptualizing skills.
- Ability to visualize in 3-Dimension.
- Good co-ordination and communication skills.
- Well versed in English, spoken and written.
- Client & Vendor handling skills.
- Efficient, Honest and Hardworking.
