Design Architect

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Development

• Develop design concepts through to design development (floor plans, elevations, sections) based on client requirements, site analysis, and project goals
• Define material palette, finishes, and specifications, ensuring technical feasibility in coordination with Structural and MEP engineers
• Research design trends, technologies, and materials to inform design decisions

2. Client & Presentation

• Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments
• Create design presentations, sketches, renderings, and models to effectively communicate design ideas
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure alignment with their vision

3. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design concepts are feasible and aligned with project requirements
• Coordinate with the Drafting/CAD team to ensure working drawings accurately reflect the design intent
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

4. Site Coordination

• Conduct periodic site visits to verify that construction execution aligns with the approved design intent
• Resolve on-site design-related issues in coordination with the Project Manager/Site Supervisor

5. Compliance & Quality

• Ensure design concepts comply with relevant building codes, zoning, and regulatory requirements
• Review design work to maintain high standards of quality and creativity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, or related field

• Proficiency in Architect software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and etc.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Architect or related role

• Proven experience developing design concepts and articulating design vision based on client requirements and site analysis

• Experience engaging with clients, presenting design proposals, and incorporating feedback

• Experience collaborating with project teams to align design concepts with project requirements and building code compliance

• Good command in English is a plus
