Design Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining drawing registers, document control, and project records to meet project schedules.
• Support coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders regarding drawing submissions and revisions.
• Attend project meetings, assist in recording minutes, and support seniors in handling technical queries.
• Assist in basic site coordination and quality check procedures when required.
• Perform ad-hoc drafting or administrative duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• HKDSE or above; Certificate / Higher Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering, Building Studies, or drafting-related discipline is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the construction, metalworks, or steel structure sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM or 3D modeling software is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Immediately available is preferred.

Working Hours

• Mon – Fri: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Alternate Sat: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM or Rest
