The Kasper Group is a leading women's apparel company with a portfolio of iconic brands including Kasper, Jones New York, Anne Klein, Le Suit, Kenneth Cole, and Calvin Klein.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Design Assistant with strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills. The candidate will support the design team by managing replenishment programs, maintaining accurate product data, and ensuring style units remain up to date across all brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Replenishment Management

• Take ownership of replenishment programs across all brands.
• Create and maintain replenishment design sheets within Centric PLM.
• Update product information including seasons, delivery dates, colors, and unit quantities.
• Review and identify inconsistent or missing product data to ensure accuracy.

Design Board Management

• Create, update, and maintain replenishment design boards for all brands.

Units & Chase Management

• Maintain and update style units, including chase units, across all brands.

Contribution to Development Process

• Ability to create new and/or update adobe illustrator sketches as needed.
• Maintain and update tracking charts for overseas proto development.
• Coordinate with fabric mills to allocate fabrics to overseas manufacturing facilities, track fabric shipments, and follow up on delivery status.
• Communicate with overseas factories to confirm fabric receipt and maintain accurate tracking records throughout the development process.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma in Design or related discipline.
• 2 years experience in desgin/merchandising is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience working with Centric PLM is highly desirable.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across several brands.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
