Orange County based Apparel Brand is looking for a motivated Design Assistant who has strong CAD skills, a high level of attention to detail and passion for the apparel industry to join their team for an immediate freelance role!
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Support the design team throughout the apparel product development process.
- 1–3 years of apparel design experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field preferred.
- Create and update seasonal CADs, tech packs, and design documentation.
- Strong understanding of apparel construction, fit, and product development.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and PLM systems; Centric experience is a plus.
- Partner with development and production teams to support timely execution.
