Design Assistant – Wholesale Accessories Brand
Location: Hybrid (in-person & remote)
Schedule: 20-30 hours per week
Compensation: $20-$25 per hour

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Design Assistant to join our growing wholesale fashion accessories brand. This hybrid role offers hands-on experience in all aspects of the design and content creation process and is ideal for someone passionate about style, storytelling, and the behind-the-scenes of a thriving brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to product development through idea generation and sample creation
• Create clear and accurate spec sheets for production and vendor communication
• Assist with product and lifestyle photography (including flat lays and styling)
• Design and schedule engaging social media content across platforms
• Collaborate on seasonal collections, launches, and brand storytelling
• Support content management and merchandising on Shopify

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, and Shopify
• Strong eye for design, color, and trends
• Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok content creation
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a small, creative team

This is a hybrid position with flexibility for both in-person collaboration and remote work. We’re a small but passionate team looking for someone eager to grow with us and bring fresh energy to every part of the design process.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
