Job Summary

Prepare manufacturing drawings, 3D models, and production documentation for graphite machining components.

Location: Nashik, Maharashtra, India

Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D and 3D CAD drawings based on customer samples, sketches, and specifications.
• Create detailed machining drawings for production using Solid Edge.
• Develop manufacturing and process drawings with accurate dimensions and tolerances.
• Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure drawings meet manufacturing requirements.
• Maintain and organize drawing revisions, customer records, and engineering documentation.
• Modify existing drawings based on customer feedback or design changes.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and customer requirements.
• Support production by providing technical clarification whenever required.
• Proficiency in Solid Edge (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of mechanical drafting, GDT, and machining processes.
• Ability to interpret customer samples and convert them into manufacturing drawings.
• Understanding of CNC machining and engineering drawings.
• Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office for record management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 Years of experience with CAD drafting in a manufacturing or machining environment is preferred.
• Experience in graphite machining, precision machining, tooling, or CNC manufacturing will be an added advantage.
