Job Summary

The Design Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating drawings, design submissions, consultant interactions, and interdisciplinary coordination to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, BIM, and interior design drawings.
• Track drawing submissions, approvals, revisions, and documentation in ACC CLOUD PLATFORM.
• Assist in resolving design and site coordination issues raised through RFI
• Conduct coordination MEETING with consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Review drawings for completeness and constructability.
• Maintain drawing registers and document control systems.
• Support BIM coordination and clash detection activities.
• Ensure approved drawings are issued to site teams on time.
• Participate in coordination and progress meetings.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in construction/interior contracting projects, design and build project experience
• Experience in coordination of multidisciplinary drawings preferred.

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, MS Office.
• Understanding of construction drawings and site execution.
• Knowledge of documentation and coordination procedures.
