Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, customer-focused and well-presented Design Consultant to join our team at Mansarover Furnishings. The candidate will assist customers in selecting furniture, curtains, blinds, bedsheets, furnishings and other home décor products according to their preferences, requirements and budget.

The ideal candidate should have a good sense of design, strong communication skills and the ability to convert customer requirements into suitable product recommendations and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ needs, preferences, lifestyle and budget to recommend suitable furnishing solutions.
• Assist customers in selecting furniture, curtains, blinds, upholstery, bedsheets and home décor products.
• Suggest appropriate colour combinations, fabrics, patterns, textures and design concepts.
• Provide personalized design and furnishing consultations to customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team, measurement team and installation team to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
• Conduct site visits when required for measurements, design discussions and customer consultations.
• Prepare product recommendations and quotations based on customer requirements.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on enquiries to convert them into sales.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in interior styling, furniture and home furnishings.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience and maintain the brand standards of Mansarover Furnishings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in Interior Design, Fashion & Textile Design, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in interior design, home furnishings, furniture retail or customer consultation will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of colours, fabrics, textures and interior styling.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach with good sales and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer skills for preparing quotations and maintaining customer records.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail and a professional attitude.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
