Job Summary

Co-ordination value addition in schematic design development stage

Responsibilities

• Finalization of specifications Amenities.
• Coordination for timely receipt of all working drawings
• Monitor/Review progress of work
• Identify the future road blocks and address the issues
• Create data bank for all types of consultant
• Coordination with contracts team for timely appointment of consultants.
• Conducting site visits and meetings and identifying highlighting the roadblocks stakeholders.
• Ensure site execution as per define specifications
• Preparation of sales presentation, sales Plan further handover
• RERA inputs RERA should be updated as per latest drawings.
• Review of drawings and documents needed for sanction through local authorities
• Review of drawings and documents needed for EC purpose
• Ensure execution friendly methodologies to FastTrack construction process.
• Market research for new materials technologies.
• Specification optimization
• Ensure performance of all team members is documented submit monthly documented
• Knowledge of approvals (Building approval, EC, MOD, MHADA, etc.)
• All reports Timely submission, Correct formats, reporting accuracy

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institute.
• 5+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing large-scale residential and commercial projects.
• Expertise in design software
• In-depth knowledge of local bye-laws, NBC, DCR, and real estate regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
