Design Coordinator (Architecture, Structure, Civil)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate design activities between clients, consultants, design teams, and site teams.
• Manage and resolve design-related issues to support project execution.
• Ensure smooth communication and alignment among all project stakeholders.
• Monitor design progress and support timely project delivery.
• Provide on-site coordination for architectural, structural, and civil works.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• At least 3 years of experience in design coordination, design management, or construction projects.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work at the site and work overtime when required.
