Design Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist clients in selecting materials, products, and design elements.

· Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements.

· Track project timelines and help resolve issues proactively.

· Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, and spreadsheets.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

· Experience in carpets, rugs, or interior design products preferred.

· Contract or hospitality project experience is a plus.

· Proficiency in Excel; experience with project management software is desirable.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Collaborative mindset and team player.

· Fresh graduates with a passion for design are welcome to apply.

· Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably Marketing, Management or any related courses
