Design Coordinator

Job Summary:

Construction industry background/experience is required. Custom home builder is looking for a Construction Design Coordinator Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operations within a construction company’s office. This position involves assisting with communication between office staff, field staff, clients and subcontractors. An ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized and professional in demeanor. Construction industry experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Reception, answer phones, respond to emails, maintain office calendar, schedule meetings.

Document Management: Organize, file and upload project documentation to appropriate files or database portals.

Project Coordination: Support subcontractor communication, maintain and monitor client warranties.

Data Entry & Reporting: Input project data into company files such as subcontractor quote sheets, county permit portal, etc.

Communication: Serve a liaison between office and field staff, clients and subcontractors to ensure accurate and clear flow of information.

Qualifications: Must have construction industry background/experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
