Design Draftsman

Responsibilities:

• Development and detailing of BD/shop drawings, fabrication drawings and takeoff sheets for curtain wall, structural steel and metal cladding systems.
• Prepare drawings for tender presentation and method statements.
• Check and coordinate vendors fabrication drawings.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, clients and project teams.
• Use of company procedures in plan preparation and documentation.
• Complete any project related tasks assigned or guided by the line manager.
• Liaise and work with procurement and project management team.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

• 4+ years relevant experience in detailing construction drawings of either curtain wall structural steel or cladding.
• Highly proficient in CAD drafting skill.
• Experience in 3-D software is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good communication skill, self motivated and proactive with strong sense of responsibility.
