Position- Mechanical Design Engineer (3D)

Job Location – Plot 2/2/2, Gat no 627, Tal-khed, kuruli, Pune, Maharashtra 410501

Role responsibility

• Prepare detailed engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Develop 3D models using CAD software (AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Plant 3D etc.).
• P&ID Reading, Interpretation, and Analysis.
• Proficiency in 3D pipeline routing as per P&ID, incorporating client requirements and recommendations.
• Perform design feasibility, performance, and cost-effectiveness analysis.
• Evaluate and respond to technical queries raised by clients.
• 3D Piping Routing, Layout Feasibility Assessment, and Alternative Route Optimization as per P&ID and Client Requirements.
• Hands-on experience in designing of TFF system, Piping design, Skid design & Plant design.
• Sound knowledge of Piping design, skid design, and pharmaceutical plant layout design.
• Modify and improve existing designs based on testing and feedback.
• Coordinate with Production, quality, and project teams for smooth execution.
• Sound knowledge of OSHA standards and safety requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.
• Develop detailed 2D/3D manufacturing drawings for mechanical equipment and components.
• Sound knowledge of ASME BPE standards, with experience in pharmaceutical process equipment design, hygienic piping is preferred.

· AutoCAD - 2D ASME B31.3 - Process Piping

· Autodesk inventor ASME Sec-VIII Div-1 – Pressure Vessel Design

· Autodesk Plant 3D ASME B16.5 - Pipe Flanges and Flanged Fittings.
