Job Summary

We are looking for a Design Engineer with strong CATIA V5 skills to develop and modify engineering designs, 3D models, and detailed drawings as per customer and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using CATIA V5.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings with GD&T, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Understand customer drawings and design specifications.
• Perform design modifications and engineering changes.
• Support prototype development and manufacturing requirements.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and other engineering teams.
• Ensure designs meet required quality, functionality, and cost standards.
• Maintain design documentation and follow company engineering standards.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of CATIA V5 – Part Design, Assembly Design, Generative Shape Design, and Drafting.
• Strong understanding of Engineering Drawing and GD&T.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturing.
• Good understanding of materials, tolerances, and basic mechanical engineering concepts.
• Ability to interpret customer drawings and specifications.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in automotive/engineering component design will be an advantage.

Qualification

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering with relevant experience in design engineering.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
