Design Engineer

Knowledge Of Making DHF Documentation, Design Dossier, Solid Work CAD, Design Documentation as per ISO13485, Drawing interpretation & Control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and modify 2D drawings and 3D models of components, assemblies, and products.
• Develop designs based on customer requirements, technical specifications, and engineering standards.
• Prepare detailed drawings, BOMs, specifications, and engineering documentation.
• Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and basic engineering validation.
• Apply GD&T, fits, tolerances, and material specifications appropriately.
• Coordinate with Production, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and R&D teams to ensure design manufacturability.
• Support new product development and engineering change activities.
• Review existing designs and identify opportunities for cost, quality, and performance improvement.
• Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
• Support prototype development, testing, validation, and product release.
• Investigate design-related production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain design documentation, revision controls, and engineering change records.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards and company procedures.
• Support value engineering, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
