Design Engineer

Our client Organo (Asia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Design Engineer to join their team!

What you'll be doing?

• Prepare presentations: Craft compelling system design presentations for clients, showcasing your technical expertise.
• Develop specifications: Create detailed engineering documents, including RFQs and technical evaluations, ensuring precision and compliance.
• Perform analysis: Conduct calculation analysis and develop control philosophies for plant designs, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with teams: Liaise with operation teams and subcontractors to resolve design issues, ensuring project alignment.
• Ensure quality: Support project quality control and assurance, maintaining high standards in all engineering activities.
• Design using AutoCAD: Utilize AutoCAD 2D software for mechanical design work, ensuring your designs meet client specifications.
• Compliance: Ensure that all design drawings adhere to regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Leverage Primavera P6: Utilize Primavera P6 for project scheduling, an advantage for project management.

Who are they looking for?

• Engineering background: Candidates with a Bachelor's or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental) are encouraged to apply.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is essential for this role.
• Language proficiency: Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, with Japanese being advantageous for client communication.
• Personal attributes: A pleasant, outgoing personality with the ability to work under pressure and in a team setting.
• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Mobility: Possession of a valid driving license and own transport is necessary for site visits.
