Design Engineer

• Design and develop sheet metal components as per requirements.
• Prepare 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo.
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
• Prepare flat patterns, bend allowance and bend deduction.
• Select suitable material, thickness and manufacturing methods.
• Prepare detailed production drawings with dimensions & tolerances.
• Design parts considering laser cutting, bending, punching and welding processes.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality and Tool Room teams.
• Modify designs based on production and customer requirements.
• Resolve design and manufacturing-related issues.
• Maintain drawing revisions and engineering documents.
• Ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective and quality-oriented.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
