What they need
- Responsible for preparing proposals, planning, conducting technical analysis, performing calculations and estimations, compiling technical data, and developing and improving product specifications.
- Produce formwork drawings in accordance with the project schedule and ensure timely completion.
- Attend all discussions and site meetings with clients and consultants regarding drawing-related matters.
- Coordinate with client representatives and subcontractors on all project aspects to ensure safe, efficient, and satisfactory project delivery for both company and client.
- Understand client requirements and work closely with the business team to provide pre-order technical support (including construction recommendations, construction methods, reinforcement solutions, etc.).
- Work with the design team to address and resolve queries throughout the detailed design process.
- Ensure proper completion and filing of design documents and related technical records.
