Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and technical planning of Busway systems, with a focus on data center applications.
• Understand M&E site execution processes and coordinate effectively with project teams.
• Manage the design team to deliver high-quality products aligned with international standards and client expectations.
• Utilize BIM tools (e.g., Revit) for 2D, 3D modeling, construction drawings (e.g.:CAD), and design coordination.
• Support product application development and provide technical assistance to sales and clients.
• Establish and improve design workflows and standards to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and production teams to ensure successful product delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in M&E projects or data centre design, with site execution background preferred.
• Familiarity with Busway related product design and applications is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in BIM design tools (Revit, AutoCAD) is added advantage Has strong modeling and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese (mandatory) and English , able to work with international teams and Chinese speaking stakeholders.
