Design Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Must be a Degree holder in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or equivalent.
• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering design.
• Interest or experience in areas such as infrastructure works, structural design, waterworks, or industrial civil works will be an advantage.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and common engineering design software.
• Good technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with guidance from senior engineers.
• Willing to travel when required.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in engineering design are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Undertake civil and structural design works for infrastructure and development projects.
• Participate in the design of roads, drainage, earthworks, bridges, structural works, water infrastructure, and industrial civil works.
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical reports, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and relevant authorities such as JKR and other agencies.
• Review and check design drawings prepared by drafters and junior staff.
• Assist in design development, technical submissions, and project coordination.
