For our site in Esenyurt, Istanbul we are looking for you as Design Engineer These Challenges Await You

• Work independently on projects for the development and application of Spheros products.
• Create technically innovative solutions and concept ideas using CATIA V5.
• Always keep an eye on cost efficiency, manufacturability, ease of assembly, design, quality, maintenance, and service.
• Design concepts and 3D models, taking into account manufacturing tolerances, long-term material behavior, and tooling and process requirements.
• Technical coordination with suppliers and customers will also be part of your responsibilities.
• Coordinate engineering details with internal departments.
• Assess system integrations for new developments and applications, including electrical interfaces, refrigerants, fuel, water, and air.

What We’re Looking For

• Ideally, you hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable qualification with relevant additional training.
• Initial professional experience as a design engineer is an advantage.
• Knowledge of development processes in the bus or automotive industry is desirable.
• Excellent skills in CATIA V5 and are proficient in standard MS Office applications.
• Able to operate autonomously while following a structured workflow
• Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Flexibility to travel on an occasional basis.
