Design Engineer

Overview:

To support our company's continuous project expansion and business growth across multiple regions, we are seeking talented design engineers with strong academic backgrounds and development potential from key international universities. Based on each candidate's educational background, technical capabilities, and personal strengths, we will directly match them to the most suitable roles. Through a structured training system and mentorship program, outstanding graduates and early-career professionals will quickly integrate into project teams and gradually develop into well-rounded design professionals or project management talents with both deep technical expertise and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in engineering design work for industrial projects in the chemical, petrochemical, and new energy sectors under the guidance of senior engineers; take responsibility for discipline-specific drawing production, 3D modeling, and technical documentation; coordinate with cross-disciplinary technical teams to ensure design consistency and implementability.
2. Upon joining, be directly assigned to the most suitable discipline team—such as Process, Electrical, Instrumentation, Piping, Civil, Structural, Architectural, Fire Protection, or Mechanical—based on a comprehensive evaluation of your academic background, personal career interests, project demands, and interview performance. No mandatory rotation is required, allowing you to quickly step into a hands-on role.
3. Learn and master industry design codes, company standards, and quality control procedures; independently or collaboratively perform self-checks, verifications, and reviews of design deliverables.
4. Participate in design reviews, project coordination meetings, and on-site technical briefings to gain valuable experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
5. Cross-disciplinary learning or rotation opportunities may be arranged flexibly upon request, subject to individual development needs and business requirements; such arrangements are not mandatory.
6. Complete other technical support tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

1. Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering-related disciplines, including but not limited to Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Plumbing/Water Supply & Drainage, HVAC, Energy and Power Engineering, or other relevant fields.
2. Work Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant work experience are both encouraged to apply.
3. Technical Foundation: Strong academic performance in major courses; familiarity with engineering drawing fundamentals; knowledge of relevant design codes and standards is a plus.
4. Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD; working knowledge of 3D design software such as E3D, P3D, or Revit is preferred.
5. Language Skills: Workable English proficiency for daily communication and technical documentation reading.
6. Core Competencies: Strong learning ability, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a collaborative team spirit. A long-term commitment to professional growth in the engineering design field is essential.
7. Placement Principle: No mandatory rotation program. Final placement will be determined by a comprehensive assessment of your academic background, personal career interests, departmental project needs, and interview performance, ensuring maximum alignment between the candidate and the assigned role.
