Design Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to prepare engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, BOMs and technical documentation required for manufacturing and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare GA, fabrication, assembly and detailed mechanical drawings.
• Develop drawings based on customer and project requirements.
• Prepare BOMs and material specifications.
• Define dimensions and tolerances as required.
• Coordinate with Production, Fabrication, Purchase and Project teams.
• Modify drawings based on approved changes.
• Maintain drawing revisions and records.
• Provide technical clarification to production and site teams.
• Ensure designs are practical and suitable for manufacturing.
• Support resolution of design and fabrication-related issues.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of mechanical design experience.
• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Good AutoCAD skills.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings and fabrication.
• Experience in BOM preparation.
• Understanding of dimensions and tolerances.
• 3D CAD knowledge will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
