What they need
BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES:
To carry out design work based on product drawing/ diagram.
To complete all job assigned by the Senior Designer on daily basis.
To prepare new products DFM assigned by Senior Designer for customer
discussion
To attend customers DFM meeting for product design discussion
To support Project Team on all new/existing project with the product design.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITY:
- To review customer product design; to ensure the product design is feasible for tool making and production processes. Provide counter proposal if needed.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform a Mould flow analysis
Assist in tooling drawing
Ad hoc task assigned by superior
GUIDANCE:
- The Senior Designer or his appointed representative shall provide necessary guidance.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree holder
- Experience in CAD / CAM is an advantage
- Some GD&T knowledge
- Able to communicate,read and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English
