JOB DESCRIPTION: DESIGN ENGINEER

Key Skills Required:

1. Software: Proficiency in SolidWorks - Must
2. 3D Layout: Experience in 3D modeling, assembly, and drafting
3. Knowledge: Reading engineering drawings, GD&T, tolerances
4. Other: AutoCAD 2D will be an added advantage
5. Attitude: Good problem-solving, learning mindset, team player

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create 3D models and assemblies in SolidWorks as per client specs
2. Prepare 2D fabrication drawings with BOM and dimensions
3. Develop 3D layout for machines, fixtures, and components
4. Coordinate with production/shopfloor for design feasibility
5. Make design changes, revisions and maintain design data
6. Support in prototyping, testing and product improvement

Eligibility:

• Education: Diploma / B.E /B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Freshers: Must have SolidWorks project/portfolio
• Experienced: 0-3 years in design role with SolidWorks + 3D layout
