About the Role

We are looking for a Design Engineer with mandatory experience in the industrial valve manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for valve design, engineering drawings, design calculations, technical specifications, and providing technical support to the production team.

Key Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in industrial valve design/manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with Gate, Globe, Check, Ball, and Butterfly Valves.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo.
• Knowledge of 2D engineering drawings and 3D modelling.
• Understanding of design calculations, stress analysis, and material selection.
• Good knowledge of casting, forging, and fabrication processes.
• Familiarity with applicable API, ASME, and ISO standards/codes.
• Ability to understand customer specifications and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Good coordination skills with production, quality, and other technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate 3D models and production-ready 2D drawings for industrial valves.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, BOMs, and design documentation.
• Perform basic design calculations, stress analysis, and material selection as required.
• Review customer requirements and specifications and provide appropriate design solutions.
• Support prototyping, testing, pressure testing, and production activities.
• Coordinate with the manufacturing and quality teams to resolve technical/design issues.
• Ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and compliant with applicable standards.
• Assist in design modifications, product improvements, and standardization activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
