Role Summary:
Lead the design and development of automotive interior trim (CPM/Console plastic parts), manage design teams, and coordinate with clients and manufacturing to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.

What Youll Do:

• Lead design and development of CPM/Console (plastic) interior trim parts
• Take ownership of parts and guide design changes at client site and offshore
• Negotiate with styling teams and clients, providing feasibility feedback to OEMs
• Develop fit and finish sections and location concepts
• Support design engineers in part development
• Prepare schedules and technical reports for projects
• Conduct regular design reviews and manage client communication
• Support manufacturing teams in cost targets, process improvements, and issue resolution during vehicle build
• Incorporate design changes based on identified issues
• Manage and direct daily activities of the design team, including recruitment and development

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• Experience in design and development of automotive interior trims (CPM/Console plastic parts)
• Hands-on experience with NX
• Experience in negotiation with clients and styling teams

Qualifications:
BE/B.Tech
