We are looking for

Role: Design Engineer

Required Technical Skill Set: UG NX or CATIA, Plastic design (Interior or Exterior parts), Sheet metal (BIW design) and Casting design product knowledge

Desired Experience Range: 5-10 yrs

Location of Requirement: Pune

Must-Have

• Experience in Automotive plastic (Interior parts), some exposer to Sheet metal (BIW) and casting product design
• Expertise in UG NX or CATIA workbenches (Solid Modeling, Surfacing, Sheet-metal, Assembly and Drawing)
• Expertise in advance Surfacing
• Expertise in DFMEA, Tooling, Packaging, Lay-outing, fixation strategy.
• Experience in handling big Product Assemblies and its Simulation
• Experience in Stack up tolerance and GD&T
• Experience in Part and Assembly Drawing release Team center

Good-to-Have

• Automotive Interior, Exterior and BIW parts design Experience
• Expertise in UG NX or CATIA advance Surfacing will be added advantage.
• Good (verbal/written) Communication Skills
• Knowledge of injection molding, Sheet metal processes and other manufacturing processes, Material, and defects
• Expertise in BOM preparation
