Role & Responsibilities
- Advanced Design & Architecture: Conceptualize and develop 3D CAD models and robust assemblies for complex machinery or products using SolidWorks, CATIA, or Creo.
- Engineering Analysis & Simulation: Conduct rigorous FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) to validate structural integrity, thermal performance, and fatigue life.
- Tolerance & Standards: Apply GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) and conduct tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure precision manufacturing.
- Lifecycle & Documentation: Create production-ready 2D technical drawings, manage BOM (Bill of Materials) structures in PLM systems, and author validation reports.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing, electrical, and quality engineering teams to drive design optimizations and resolve prototype root-cause failures.
