What they need
ACCOUNTABILITY
Ensure Lab operations, product validation, lab troubleshooting, implement QMS ISO17025 in HVAC Labs
RESPONSIBILITY
- Define overall Laboratory plans as per project demand, define test plan and execution.
- Ensure project delivery by managing the timeline, lab Schedule, lab troubleshooting, product validation.
- Prepare for Design Review, own overall product validation for whole lifecycle, ensure zero quality escape.
- Lead the lab operations, lab troubleshooting, manpower planning etc.
- Make test calibration and room maintenance schedule and ensure it is carried out as per plan.
- Implement and maintain the department objectives at each respective area.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 to 6 years' experience in related field, engineering product quality, lab operation and product validation.
