🚀 Hiring: PFE Development Leader – Exterior Trim / Bumper Plastics

📍 Location: Chennai, India

🎓 Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Automotive Engineering

We are looking for an experienced PFE Development Leader to lead the development of Exterior Trim/Bumper Plastic components for automotive projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in component development, project management, supplier coordination, validation, and product industrialization.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Lead end-to-end development of Exterior Trim/Bumper Plastic components.

✅ Manage project milestones, quality, cost, delivery, and performance targets.

✅ Coordinate with design, validation, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams.

✅ Drive technical solutions, BOM management, and development documentation.

✅ Monitor validation activities, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.

✅ Ensure successful industrialization and launch of components.

✅ Work closely with OEM stakeholders and suppliers throughout the lifecycle.

Required Skills:

✔ 7+ years of automotive product/component development experience.

✔ Strong experience in Exterior Trim, Bumper Plastics, Body, Interior Trims, Seats, or Platform Components.

✔ Automotive project management expertise.

✔ Knowledge of component design, manufacturing, validation, and production requirements.

✔ Familiarity with CATIA V6, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred:

⭐ Experience working with OEMs.

⭐ Experience leading commodity development programs.
