Design Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Design Engineer to lead the development of innovative products and components from initial concept to manufacturing production . You will bridge the gap between abstract requirements and physical reality by creating detailed blueprints , running simulations , building prototypes , and collaborating with cross - functional teams .

Key Responsibilities :-

• Product Development :- Translate product briefs , customer needs , and technical requirements into functional concepts and architectures
• CAD Modeling :- Create accurate 3D models and 2D technical drawings using computer aided design tools , incorporating appropriate tolerances ( GD & T ) and material specifications
• Prototyping & Testing :- Build physical or virtual prototypes ; plan and direct stress , load , and performance testing to validate designs
• Material & Cost Optimization :- Evaluate material performance , examine production costs , and ensure designs are cost - effective and manufacturable
• Compliance & Safety :- Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry , environment , and safety regulations
• Cross - Functional Collaboration :- Work closely with manufacturing , quality assurance , procurement , and marketing teams to streamline production transitions
• Documentation :- Write technical reports , maintain design records , and update project specifications throughout the product lifecycle

Skills & Software Knowledge :-

• Should have good knowledge of AutoCAD / Solidworks / Ansys / Mastercam
• Sound knowledge of manufacturing processes , material selection , and engineering calculations
• Soft Skills :- Excellent problem solving abilities , strong attention to detail , and clear communication skills to present ideas to stakeholders
