JOB SUMMARY

Tech Solar Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Design Engineer to prepare electrical and technical designs for rooftop and Open Access solar projects. The candidate must have hands-on expertise in AutoCAD 2D and 3D, along with a sound understanding of electrical layouts, solar system design, and project documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D layouts, electrical drawings, and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) using AutoCAD.
• Develop technical designs for rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects.
• Prepare electrical layouts, cable routing drawings, and equipment placement plans.
• Assist with solar system sizing, shadow analysis, and energy yield calculations.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM), technical specifications, and design documentation.
• Coordinate with project execution teams, vendors, and consultants to finalize designs.
• Review site requirements and incorporate necessary changes into drawings.
• Maintain accurate drawings, revision records, and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing technical proposals and engineering documents.

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in electrical or solar design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, layouts, and SLDs.
• Understanding of rooftop and ground-mounted solar project design.
• Good technical detailing and analytical skills.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi will be an added advantage.
