Design Engineer

QUALIFICATION:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline
• 1+ years of experience in mechanical design, industrial automation, robotics, EOAT, or related industries preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong CADD/SOLID WORKS design knowledge and relevant project experience may also be considered

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Strong mechanical design and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to convert customer requirements into practical engineering solutions.
• Goodunderstanding of manufacturing feasibility and cost-effective design.
• Ability to work closely with sales, manufacturing, and service team
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and develop SGA Products and customized automation systems.
• Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, 2D manufacturing drawings.
• Select suitable pneumatic cylinders, grippers, vacuum cups, sensors, valves, linear guides, and other mechanical components.
• Ensure designs are optimized for strength, reliability, minimum weight, ease of manufacturing, maintenance, and cost effectiveness.
• Review customer component drawings and mould layouts to determine suitable robot and EOAT configurations.
• Modify and improve existing designs based on site feedback and application requirements.
• Maintain proper revision control and documentation for all engineering drawings and design changes.

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
