Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Solar Design Engineer with experience in solar power system design, technical drawings, and solar project planning. Candidates with prior experience in the solar industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Design solar power systems for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare solar panel layouts, technical drawings, and system designs.
• Perform basic solar system sizing and capacity calculations.
• Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and electrical layouts.
• Work with AutoCAD and other relevant solar design software.
• Coordinate with sales, installation, and project execution teams.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable electrical and safety standards.
• Review site details and roof layouts to optimize solar panel placement.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and project reports.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of solar PV system design and installation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing preparation.
• Understanding of solar panels, inverters, and electrical components.
• Knowledge of SLD preparation and solar system sizing.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a relevant engineering discipline.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in solar design or the solar industry.
• Practical knowledge of rooftop solar system design is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in solar project execution and technical documentation will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
