Design Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and develop plastic parts including bumpers, door trims, center console, instrument panel, and pillar trims using Catia V5.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet functional requirements and customer expectations.
• Create detailed designs, drawings, and specifications for production.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop innovative solutions for interior and exterior trims to enhance vehicle performance and aesthetics.
• Work closely with the design team to create cohesive and efficient designs.

Job Requirements :

• Proficiency in Catia V5 for designing complex plastic parts is required.
• A strong understanding of interior and exterior trims and their applications in vehicle manufacturing is necessary.
• Experience in designing instrument panels, consoles, bumper parts, door trims, and center console components is expected.
• Knowledge of plastic design principles and practices is essential.
• The candidate should be able to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills are crucial.
