About the Role
We are seeking a driven Design Engineers (MEP) to manage MEP design from concept to handover for major construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the MEP design process from concept through to construction and handover.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to integrate MEP solutions into overall designs.
- Review, challenge, and approve consultant and contractor MEP designs and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, standards, and sustainability targets.
- Manage design risks, change control, and technical issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all MEP-related queries.
- Support value engineering to optimize performance and cost.
- Guide junior engineers and help develop team best practices.
Requirements
Degree in Electrical (EE), Mechanical (ME), or Building Services Engineering (BSE).
Proven experience in MEP design across various projects and sectors.
Familiarity with design stage guides.
Proficiency in BIM processes and ISO 19650.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills under pressure.
