Design Engineer

Design Engineer (F/M)

We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer to join our Gas Turbine Propulsion engineering team in Rzeszow. This is a senior technical role focused on delivering complex engineering solutions, supporting customers, and mentoring engineers within a fast-paced engineering services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex detail design activities to quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Act as a technical focal point for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Produce and review engineering drawings, technical reports, specifications, and design studies.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Support technical reviews, project planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive adherence to quality processes and engineering best practices.

About You

• Degree qualified in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years' engineering experience, ideally within Aerospace, Energy, Automotive, Transportation, or another complex engineering sector.
• Strong knowledge of detailed design and engineering delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting and developing others.

Technical Skills

Experience with one or more of the following:

• Siemens NX
• Teamcenter
• Windows-based engineering environments

Knowledge of:

• Detailed Design & Architecture
• 3D Design & Modelling
• Design for Manufacture (DFM)
• Tolerance Stack-Up Analysis
