Role responsibility

· Good communication skills for effective coordination and technical discussions with clients.

· Proficiency in pharmaceutical components, including Tri-Clamp (TC) fittings, sterile flanges, elbows, and machined components.

• Proficiency in developing 2D engineering drawings using AutoCAD Software.
• Ability to provide prompt engineering support during project enquiry and execution.
• Design pressure vessels as per URS and client requirements.
• Perform design feasibility, performance, and cost-effectiveness analysis.
• Evaluate and respond to technical queries raised by clients.
• Operate PV ELITE Software and perform manual design calculations.
• Knowledge of applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements for biopharmaceutical equipment design and manufacturing is preferred.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and other cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.
• Working knowledge of ASME BPE Guidelines is preferred.

Required Skills

· AutoCAD – 2D ASME B16.5 Pipe Flanges and Flanged Fittings.

· ASME Sec-VIII Div-1 AutoCAD – 2D

· PV ELITE Software
